Course Overview
This intensive two-day course is designed for professionals involved in the operation and maintenance of photovoltaic (PV) systems. The first day consists of classroom instruction covering essential topics such as performance evaluation, data collection protocols, arc flash requirements, and thermal imaging techniques. Participants will learn how to identify ground faults and perform IV curve tracing, as well as fuse servicing.
Hands-On Training
The second day emphasizes practical application, allowing attendees to engage in hands-on activities that reinforce the skills learned in the classroom. This interactive approach ensures that participants can effectively apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios.
Prerequisites and Registration
To maximize the benefits of this course, it is recommended that participants have completed the NCCETC’s FSPV course or possess a comparable level of knowledge in solar PV systems. The course fee is $699, which includes lunch and parking for both days, as well as a comprehensive course notebook. Payment plans are available to accommodate different financial needs.
