Event Overview
Join the final session of the 2025 RVCA Priority-Setting Workshop series on December 2, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST. This virtual workshop is designed to engage local governments, community organizations, businesses, and other stakeholders in identifying priority actions that support climate adaptation, disaster resilience, and sustainable development across Virginia.
Participants will have the opportunity to contribute to discussions that will inform the development of the Rural Regional Resilience Roadmap for Central and Southwest Virginia. This roadmap aims to amplify the voices of rural and underserved communities, ensuring their needs are addressed at both the state level and with funding sources.
The workshop is open to local government officials, planners, emergency managers, nonprofit leaders, business representatives, community advocates, and resiliency practitioners. Your input is crucial for creating a stronger, more resilient future for Virginia.
Registration is free but required to facilitate planning for the event. To register, visit the official event page.
