LOTTE Chemical

LOTTE Chemical Corporation is a South Korean chemical manufacturer producing basic chemicals, advanced materials, battery materials, fine chemicals and other industrial materials. Established in 1976, the company operates major production facilities in Yeosu, Daesan, and Ulsan and is part of LOTTE Group. Its products include polymers and materials used across consumer goods, mobility, electronics, construction and industrial applications. LOTTE Chemical has also developed businesses related to recycled plastics, hydrogen and battery materials. The company previously planned a large-scale chemical recycling system for PET at its Ulsan complex, including PET depolymerization and chemically recycled PET production.
