Crusoe

Crusoe is a US technology company that develops and operates energy infrastructure, data centres and cloud computing systems for artificial intelligence workloads. Founded in 2018, the company initially became known for using otherwise wasted or stranded energy resources to power modular computing operations and has subsequently expanded into large-scale AI data centre infrastructure and Crusoe Cloud. The company designs, builds and operates computing facilities intended for high-density AI applications, including projects requiring substantial electricity capacity. Crusoe has expanded internationally and established a European headquarters in Dublin. Its relationship with Form Energy reflects growing interest among AI infrastructure developers in long-duration energy storage as a potential means of supporting reliable power supplies for electricity-intensive data centres.
