European Environmental Bureau (EEB)

The European Environmental Bureau (EEB) is Europe’s largest network of environmental citizens’ organizations, bringing together over 180 NGOs from more than 40 countries. Founded in 1974, the EEB works to influence EU policies and promote a fair, sustainable, and democratic ecological transition. It focuses on issues such as biodiversity, circular economy, pollution, energy, agriculture, and environmental justice. Based in Brussels, the EEB serves as a key voice for civil society, pushing for strong environmental legislation and science-based solutions that protect both people and the planet.
