Founded in 2017 by Founded in 2017 by Niels Fibæk-Jensen and Emil Stigsgaard Fuglsang, Matter develops ESG data and analytics solutions that help financial institutions, asset managers, pension funds, and investment platforms evaluate the sustainability of investment portfolios. Its platform provides portfolio analytics, benchmarking, regulatory datasets, and APIs aligned with sustainability frameworks and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. In October 2025, Matter became part of Diginex following a US$13 million all-share acquisition, while continuing to operate under its own brand and management team.
