Founded in 2010 by Jeremy Tamanini, Dual Citizen is a New York–based sustainability advisory and data analytics practice specializing in environmental performance measurement, green economy research, and applied artificial intelligence. The company works with governments, international organizations, NGOs, investors, and other clients to develop sustainability measurement frameworks, policy analysis, and data-driven decision-support tools. Its flagship product, the Global Green Economy Index™ (GGEI), evaluates national green-economy performance across 160 countries and has been used by policymakers, researchers, and investors.
