Join the OCC Introduction to Sustainability for Micro & Small Businesses workshop at the Business And Intellectual Property Centre Oxfordshire (BIPC) in Oxford. This event is tailored for micro and small businesses looking to embark on their sustainability journey.

The workshop will provide insights into the importance of sustainable practices, which can offer a competitive edge in today's market. Participants will learn about critical topics including climate change mitigation, greenhouse gas emissions, biodiversity, and the circular economy.

The agenda includes:

  • 5:30 PM - 5:45 PM: Introduction

  • 5:45 PM - 7:00 PM: Presentation and New Concepts

  • 7:00 PM - 7:30 PM: Carbon Reduction Plan

  • 7:30 PM - 8:00 PM: Round up and Networking

Attendees will leave equipped with the knowledge to calculate their carbon footprint and develop a basic carbon reduction plan, aligning with the UK Government's Net Zero targets. This workshop is open to businesses with 1-50 employees, and all ages are welcome.
