Verdane

Verdane is a European specialist growth investment firm focused on technology-enabled and sustainability-oriented businesses. The firm invests primarily around the themes of digitalization and decarbonization and can provide majority or minority growth capital to individual companies or portfolios. Verdane traces its current operations to a 2003 spinout from Norwegian investment firm Four Seasons Venture. It has investment and operating teams across several European cities, including Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki, London, Berlin and Munich, and has invested in more than 200 companies since 2003.
