TGS | 4C is a UK-based offshore renewable energy market intelligence and consultancy business originally established as 4C Offshore in 2009. It provides data, research and advisory services for offshore wind, subsea power cables and related offshore energy markets, serving developers, operators, asset managers, equipment suppliers, investors and other industry participants. Its offering combines a global offshore-project database with an Intelligence Web App, market reports and specialist consultancy. TGS acquired 4C Offshore in 2021, and the business was rebranded from TGS 4C Offshore to TGS | 4C in October 2025 as it expanded beyond its traditional wind and cable markets.
