Scandens AG

Scandens is a climate technology company developing software for real estate decarbonisation and renovation planning. It was founded by Diego Sigrist, Dominik Bucher, and Kuba Szczesniak, an interdisciplinary team with backgrounds in engineering, finance, and technology. An ETH Zurich spin-off, it focuses on the DACH region with its SaaS platform offering AI-driven renovation planning, energy modelling, and CO₂ assessment, enabling users to compare strategies and generate investment and decarbonisation scenarios.
