HD Hyundai Chemical

HD Hyundai Chemical was a South Korean petrochemical producer operating at the Daesan Petrochemical Complex. Before its 2026 restructuring, the company was owned by HD Hyundai Oilbank and LOTTE Chemical and produced petrochemical feedstocks and products through the integration of refining and chemical operations. In September 2026, HD Hyundai Chemical absorbed LOTTE Daesan Petrochem Corporation and was renamed H&L Advanced. The successor company is jointly owned by LOTTE Chemical and HD Hyundai Oilbank.
