Government of Spain

The Government of Spain, led by the Prime Minister, is responsible for the executive branch of the Spanish state. It oversees the implementation of laws, the administration of public services, and the management of national policies. The government operates within a parliamentary system and is accountable to the Congress of Deputies, the lower house of the Cortes Generales, Spain's national legislature.
