Climative is a Canadian cleantech company originally founded as SimpTek Technologies by Asif Hasan, Keelen Gagnon and Lionel Fernandes, and rebranded as Climative in 2023. It develops an AI-assisted property-level climate intelligence platform assessing building energy use, emissions and climate risks and generates personalized upgrade pathways for homeowners. Climative also provides tools for large-scale retrofit planning, homeowner engagement, and impact analysis.
