  • HB 1883 / SB 1040: Requirements for renewable energy portfolio standards.

  • HB 1934 / SB 1192: Generation of electricity from renewable and zero carbon sources.

  • HB 2090: Amendments to the multi-family shared solar program.

  • HB 2037: Regulations regarding solar canopies in surface parking areas.

  • HB 2113: Establishment of a Solar Interconnection Grant Program.

  • HB 2266: Distribution cost sharing program and system upgrades.

Additionally, the session will address energy-related budget amendments and siting bills that did not pass. All legislation discussed will be subject to the Governor's approval by March 24, 2025.
