Event Overview

The Build Your Own Climate Future: The En-ROADS Climate Workshop is designed for individuals interested in making a tangible impact on climate change. Participants will engage in a collaborative environment where they can propose and test various climate policies, including renewable energy expansion, carbon pricing, and sustainable transportation.

Using the En-ROADS simulator, developed by Climate Interactive, MIT Sloan, and Ventana Systems, attendees will visualize the effects of different policy combinations on global temperature, energy costs, air quality, and economic growth in real-time. This hands-on experience aims to move beyond theoretical discussions, providing practical insights into effective climate action strategies.

The workshop is suitable for a diverse audience, including leaders, educators, policymakers, and students, and no prior climate expertise is required. Participants are encouraged to bring their own laptops to fully engage in the workshop activities.

This event not only fosters informed climate conversations but also empowers attendees to take meaningful action towards a sustainable future. For more details and to register, visit the event page.
