Event Overview
The 2025 Spring O&M Users Group Meeting will be held at the prestigious Brown Palace Hotel & Spa in Denver, Colorado. This gathering is designed for members of the ESIG O&M Users Group, providing a platform for networking and knowledge sharing among professionals involved in the operation and maintenance of wind and solar energy systems.

The meeting will include a variety of sessions such as:
Pre-Meeting Workshop: Focused on the revision of the Operating Practices Guidebook, this workshop will take place on March 31 from 1 PM to 5 PM. Participants are encouraged to contribute as volunteer authors and reviewers.
Plenary Session: The first plenary session will spotlight solar technologies, covering panels, trackers, inverters, and plant-level performance, with a special feature on battery storage.
Manufacturer-Specific Roundtables: These sessions will facilitate open discussions among users, moderated by industry experts, focusing on specific wind turbine components and operational challenges.
Additional Activities
Participants will also have the opportunity to tour the Vestas Nacelles Factory, which manufactures nacelles and hubs for wind turbines. Transportation for the tour will depart from the hotel at noon on March 31.
