Whole-Building LCA: Calculates environmental impacts across different building elements and life-cycle stages, including construction, replacement and end-of-life processes. The overall assessment can also incorporate building operation.
Building LCA Database: Draws on baubook's database of more than 1,000 generic and product-specific characteristic values, including data derived from EPDs.
Predefined Building Components: Users can select predefined components for elements such as interior walls, underground parking structures and Passive House construction rather than modelling every material assembly from scratch. Manufacturer-declared components are also available.
Oekoindex & Disposal Assessment: Supports the balance boundaries required for Austrian OI3/Oekoindex calculations and calculates the waste-disposal indicator. Its 2026 update added lifecycle OI3 calculations under OI3 Guideline v5.0, including replacement and disposal stages.
Material & Circularity Analysis: eco2soft can calculate building-material composition and recycled content and produce a raw-material report.
