Ville de Montréal is the municipal government of Montréal, Québec, Canada's second largest city, providing services to more than 1.8 million residents across 19 boroughs. Led by an elected mayor and city council, the administration operates through a number of departments and specialized units, including the Bureau de la transition écologique et de la résilience (BTER), which leads the city's climate initiatives and resilience programmes.
