VerdLynx helps brands and SMEs get their packaging ready for the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2025/40), which applies from 12 August 2026. While most compliance tools collect supplier declarations, VerdLynx reviews the underlying evidence: AI vision checks packaging artwork for required markings; lab Certificates of Analysis are parsed and compared against the PPWR food-contact PFAS thresholds; recyclability is graded per SKU; and Digital Product Passport data is prepared with GS1-resolver-ready QR codes. The Annex VIII Declaration of Conformity is generated from that evidence file — in the languages each market requires — and signed off by a human. Every verdict is shown with its reasoning and provenance, and an audit trail with evidence retention keeps the file inspection-ready.
