UTS Tech Lab

UTS Tech Lab is a multidisciplinary research and innovation facility operated by the University of Technology Sydney in Botany, Sydney. The 18,000-square-metre facility connects academic researchers, engineers and industry partners to develop, test and commercialize technologies across engineering and information technology. Its capabilities include advanced manufacturing, robotics, artificial intelligence, telecommunications, infrastructure, environmental engineering and product testing. Tech Lab provides laboratories, specialist equipment, engineering expertise and collaborative workspaces for startups, SMEs and large organizations. It is the location selected for the UTS and Howden pilot plant designed to test catalytic methane oxidation technology under conditions intended to support future industrial deployment.
