Salling Group

Salling Group is a Danish retail group whose origins date to Ferdinand Salling’s first shop in Aarhus in 1906. It operates grocery and department store businesses and is wholly owned by the Salling Foundations. Its ownership structure directs profits toward business investment and foundation donations. Salling Group participates in the WAVE Aconcagua Partnership, connecting retail sourcing with collective action on agricultural water management and biodiversity in Chile.
