Founded in 2009 by Frédéric Rodriguez and Jérôme Soistier, GreenFlex is a French sustainability and energy-transition company helping businesses and public sector organisations manage decarbonization, energy performance, environmental strategy, and transition financing. The company developed through a multi-expertise model combining consulting, project implementation, financing mechanisms, and digital performance-management tools. GreenFlex expanded across Europe through acquisitions and now operates as part of the French engineering and consulting group Oteis. Its digital platform GreenFlexIQ supports energy performance monitoring, carbon emissions tracking, and management of energy-intensive asset portfolios within broader sustainability transformation programmes.
