RXO is a publicly traded provider of asset-light transportation services headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. It became an independent company on November 1, 2022, following its separation from XPO. Its services include truck brokerage, managed transportation and last-mile delivery. RXO Connect and RXO Drive support freight booking, carrier matching and shipment coordination. The company’s sustainability initiatives include reducing empty mileage, supporting more efficient loading arrangements, providing customer emissions reports and testing electric vehicles. RXO also participates in the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s SmartWay program.
