Root Global GmbH is a German climate technology company founded in 2022 by Eric Oancea and Maurice Hensl to address emissions in food and agricultural supply chains. Root develops an enterprise sustainability platform for food and beverage processors, particularly dairy, crop and meat businesses, enabling them to collect and validate primary emissions data directly from farms and use it for corporate and product carbon footprints and reduction programmes.
