OceanWell

OceanWell is a US water technology company developing subsea desalination systems designed to produce freshwater from deep ocean water with lower energy use and reduced marine impacts compared with conventional coastal desalination. Its “water farm” model places modular reverse osmosis pods underwater, using natural deep-sea pressure to support filtration. The company is working with Las Virgenes Municipal Water District in California and has completed pilot testing as it moves toward commercial-scale deployment.
