Noregon Systems is a U.S. commercial vehicle technology company founded by Bill Hathaway in 1993. The company serves fleets, dealerships, repair facilities, municipalities, OEMs, and other organizations operating commercial vehicles and heavy-duty equipment. Hearst Communications acquired an 80% majority stake in Noregon in 2021. Noregon's offerings include Truck Check Up, a CARB-approved application that enables technicians to perform and electronically submit heavy-duty vehicle emissions inspections.
