New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA)

The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority, commonly known as NYSERDA, is a public benefit corporation that supports clean energy development, energy efficiency, emissions reduction, and energy innovation across New York State. Its programs provide funding, technical expertise, research, and market support for technologies including renewable electricity, building efficiency, energy storage, and electric transportation. NYSERDA also administers major components of New York's distributed solar and community solar programs.
