Mediobanca

Mediobanca is an Italian financial services group providing corporate and investment banking, wealth management, consumer finance, and related advisory services. Established in the aftermath of World War II to support the reconstruction and international development of Italian industry, the bank has expanded across European financial markets. Mediobanca was founded in Milan in 1946 and continues to maintain its headquarters there. Since September 2025, it has been part of the Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena group following the completion of MPS's acquisition and exchange offer.
