Marlowe

Marlowe is a UK facilities compliance business specializing in testing, inspection, certification, and regulatory compliance services. Its activities include fire safety and security systems, water and environmental services, and other services designed to help organizations meet health, safety, and regulatory requirements. Formerly listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange as Marlowe plc, the company was acquired by Mitie in August 2025. Following completion of the transaction, its AIM listing was canceled, and it was re-registered as Marlowe Limited, a private company within the Mitie Group. Its capabilities now form an important part of Mitie’s Facilities Compliance operations.
