Founded in 1928, the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LuxSE) is a Luxembourg-based securities exchange known for its role in international securities listings and sustainable finance markets. The exchange became internationally prominent through its role in the Eurobond market, including listing the world’s first Eurobond in 1963. LuxSE operates markets for bonds, structured products, funds, and equities, serving issuers from more than 100 countries. In 2016, the exchange launched the Luxembourg Green Exchange (LGX), a dedicated sustainable-finance platform covering green, social, sustainability, and sustainability-linked securities.
