leadity GmbH is a German sustainability technology company founded in 2019 that specialises in ESG and carbon-management solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). It was developed by sustainability consultancy fjol with scientific input from the Centre for Sustainable Corporate Leadership at the University of Witten/Herdecke to help companies meet regulatory requirements and build structured sustainability practices. leadity serves over 600 companies across more than 20 industries, and has attracted venture capital backing from Cusp Capital. The company also maintains a network of partners from consulting, auditing, banking and certification sectors to support users’ sustainability journeys.
