Jobs for the Future (JFF)

Jobs for the Future, commonly known as JFF, is a US national nonprofit organisation working across education, workforce development and employment systems. Founded in 1983, JFF partners with employers, governments, educational institutions, investors and community organisations to expand access to quality jobs and strengthen workforce training. Its activities include programme design, policy research, career pathway development and investment in workforce innovation. As a partner in the Alliance for America’s Skilled Trades, JFF is helping assess training gaps and identify scalable approaches to apprenticeships, technical education and employment pathways for infrastructure and skilled trades occupations.
