ICLEI – Local Governments for Sustainability USA (ICLEI USA)

ICLEI – Local Governments for Sustainability USA (ICLEI USA) is the U.S. affiliate of the global ICLEI network, an international association of local and regional governments focused on sustainable urban development. Established in 1991 as an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the organization is headquartered in Denver, Colorado, and serves cities, counties, regions, and Tribal nations across the United States. As part of a global network spanning more than 2,500 local and regional governments in over 125 countries, ICLEI USA provides technical assistance, planning tools, peer-learning opportunities, and policy support to help local governments advance climate, resilience, circular economy, and sustainability objectives.
