Homes NSW

Homes NSW is the New South Wales Government agency responsible for social and affordable housing delivery and homelessness services. Its responsibilities include building, maintaining, and repairing public housing, supporting tenants, and working with community housing providers to improve housing outcomes across the state. Launched in February 2024, it brought together previously separate housing and homelessness functions.
