Fideicomiso Pro Bosque de Chapultepec

Fideicomiso Pro Bosque de Chapultepec is a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising and managing resources for the rehabilitation, conservation and improvement of Chapultepec Forest in Mexico City. It operates through a mixed governance model involving civil society and cooperation with public authorities. Its activities include restoration projects, environmental conservation, infrastructure improvements, fundraising, research and sustainability initiatives. The organization works alongside Mexico City authorities while maintaining responsibility for the funds it raises through donations. More recently, it has supported circular economy projects within Chapultepec, including the development of infrastructure designed to recover and reuse waste generated within the forest. The organization reports more than two decades of activity and has supported dozens of improvement projects across Chapultepec.
