Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR)

The Department of Environment and Natural Resources, or DENR, is the Philippine national government department responsible for environmental policy and implementation of the Extended Producer Responsibility Act. Through the Environmental Management Bureau and related bodies, DENR oversees EPR program registration, compliance guidance, and implementation of plastic packaging recovery requirements.
