Aalborg University (AAU)

Aalborg University, commonly known as AAU, is a Danish public university founded in 1974. It is recognised for its problem-based and project-oriented teaching model, often referred to as the Aalborg Model, and for close collaboration with society, industry and public institutions. AAU has campuses in Aalborg, Esbjerg and Copenhagen and conducts research across engineering, energy systems, information technology, design, social sciences, medicine and sustainability.
