ClimateWorks Foundation

ClimateWorks Foundation is a San Francisco–based nonprofit climate organization founded in 2008 by Hal Harvey, a prominent energy policy advisor and climate philanthropy leader. ClimateWorks acts as a global platform connecting funders, researchers, policymakers, and implementing organizations working on climate solutions across sectors including energy, transportation, industry, agriculture, shipping, and sustainable finance. The foundation supports climate action through grantmaking, research, strategy development, and philanthropic coordination, with activities spanning dozens of countries and a network of regional climate organizations.
