Apparel Impact Institute (AII)

Apparel Impact Institute, or Aii, is a global non-profit organisation focused on reducing the environmental impact of the apparel and footwear industries, particularly greenhouse gas emissions generated within manufacturing supply chains. Founded in 2017, Aii was established through collaboration between industry and sustainability organizations to identify, fund, and scale solutions capable of producing measurable environmental improvements. Its founding organizations included the Sustainable Apparel Coalition, now Cascale, IDH, the Natural Resources Defense Council and Target Corporation.
