Overview
Change Accelerator 2027 is an immersive three-month programme tailored for middle to senior-level business leaders with 10 to 15 years of experience in the built environment. This initiative, organized by the UK Green Building Council (UKGBC), focuses on driving systemic shifts in sustainability practices across organizations.
Programme Structure
The programme includes a series of engaging sessions that blend virtual and in-person experiences:
- Kick-off Call: March 3 (virtual)
- Storytelling & Influencing: March 17 (virtual)
- Nature Retreat: March 31 - April 1 (Stroud)
- Systems & Strategies: April 14 (virtual)
- Report Out: April 26-27 (London)
Participants will work on defining and implementing their own business change initiatives, supported by peer networking and cutting-edge leadership insights. The course aims to redefine leadership purpose and enhance storytelling techniques to maximize influence and achieve transformational change.
Application and Costs
Applications for the programme are competitive, with a maximum of two participants accepted from each organization. The cost for the full programme is as follows:
- UKGBC Keystone Members: £2,500
- UKGBC Members: £2,875
- Non-Members: £3,250
