Methodology aligns with ISO, FAO LEAP and PEFCR; models are populated with farm-specific data and recognized inventories (GFLI, Agri-footprint) to produce product-level LCAs up to farm gate—the dominant driver of many companies’ Scope 3. In Brazil’s dairy sector, the International Finance Corporation (IFC, World Bank Group) is using Sustell to monitor supply-chain greenhouse-gas emissions, establishing comparable farm-level baselines and progress tracking to inform program design and financing decisions.
