Simple was founded by serial entrepreneurs Mattias Brodendal (CEO), Andreas Wiesmueller (CSO), and Felix Miller (CTO). Brodendal brings more than three decades of entrepreneurial experience, Wiesmueller has built and exited multiple technology companies, and Miller previously co-founded Last.fm before focusing on climate technology. Together they developed Simple to reduce the manual effort involved in supply-chain carbon accounting by applying AI directly to existing business documents rather than requiring organizations to gather data through surveys or complex software integrations.
