PaperRoute is structured around the lifecycle of a collection job, from booking and route planning through to customer documentation and invoicing. The platform combines operational, compliance, and financial workflows that are often handled through separate systems.

• Route Planning & Driver Tracking: Create recurring collection routes, optimise stops, calculate ETAs, and monitor vehicles through continuous GPS tracking. The platform uses truck-specific routing and includes driver proximity alerts, fleet dashboards, and route-history tracking.

• Digital Waste Transfer Notes: Generate legally compliant WTNs directly from a driver's device, including electronic signatures, EWC code management, hazardous-waste indicators, PDF generation, and custom-branded templates.

• Certificates of Destruction Automation: Automatically issue Certificates of Destruction when jobs are completed, reducing manual administration and providing customers with immediate documentation.

• Customer Portal & Self-Service Access: Provides customers with secure access to Waste Transfer Notes, Certificates of Destruction, collection history, scheduled collections, and other records through a branded portal.

• Offline Driver Operations: An offline-first driver application allows collections, documentation, and route execution to continue in areas with poor or no mobile signal, with data synchronised when connectivity returns.
