The 7Analytics platform aims to assess flood risk at a far finer level of detail than conventional regional flood maps allow. Its proprietary data stack combines high-resolution terrain and hydrological data with machine learning and claims information to create dynamic flood intelligence for risk assessment. • Pluvial Flood Index – Provides building-level flood risk data at 1 × 1 metre resolution, with particular emphasis on pluvial (surface water) and flash flooding to support underwriting, pricing, and portfolio management.

• Flood Hazard Mapping – Delivers high-resolution hazard maps covering pluvial, fluvial, and storm surge flooding for use in insurance, infrastructure planning, and climate resilience projects.

• Real-Time Flood Prediction – Generates a 72-hour flood outlook using weather forecasts, hydrological modelling, and machine learning, with hourly updates and early warnings for monitored assets and portfolios.

• Claims-Trained Risk Models – Uses flood claims datasets alongside more than 600 physical flood-risk parameters to improve pricing accuracy and underwriting decisions.

• Business Continuity & Early Warning – Helps organizations protect facilities, infrastructure, employees, and supply chains by providing timely flood alerts and operational guidance before flood events occur.

• Flood Event Validation – Supports post-event analysis through building-level flood depth modelling, event validation, claims assessment, and calibration against observed flood events.
