X-energy

X-energy is a US advanced nuclear technology company that develops small modular reactors and manufactures specialized nuclear fuel. Its main reactor design, the Xe-100, is an 80 MW high-temperature gas-cooled reactor that uses TRISO-X fuel and can be deployed in multi-unit configurations. The company is working with industrial and technology-sector customers, including Amazon and Dow, to develop nuclear capacity for electricity, industrial heat and data-centre demand. X-energy became a publicly traded company in April 2026 and is listed on Nasdaq under the ticker XE.
