VISPIRON GmbH is a German technology and investment group founded in 2002 by Amir Roughani. Originally established around engineering services for mechatronic products, it has expanded into businesses focused primarily on sustainable energy and mobility. The group develops solar parks, energy storage, charging infrastructure and mobility solutions, with portfolio companies cover areas including engineering, fleet management, renewable-energy trading and sustainability software.
