Ubigreen is a French PropTech company founded in 2012 by Julien Meriaudeau and Pierre-Olivier Bessol, specializing in energy performance and building optimization. Its digital and IoT solutions help businesses and public-sector organizations collect and analyze building data to reduce energy consumption, emissions and operating costs. Ubigreen’s main offerings include Ubigreen Energy, for energy and environmental performance management, and Ubigreen Workspace, for workplace occupancy and space optimization. Its customers span commercial real estate, transport, healthcare, and government. Planon acquired a majority stake in Ubigreen in 2023.
