Founded in 2022 by Gustav Haaland, Mathias Wahl, and Marit Bjerkreim, Telescope AS is a Norwegian proptech company that develops software to help real estate owners, investors, lenders, and asset managers understand and manage climate- and sustainability-related risks across property portfolios. Its platform combines physical climate, transition, and biodiversity risk data with portfolio-level analysis to support investment decisions, green financing, regulatory compliance, and asset planning. By translating complex sustainability and climate information into practical recommendations, Telescope aims to help the real estate sector treat climate risk as a strategic business issue rather than solely a reporting or compliance requirement.
