Swiss Bankers Association

The Swiss Bankers Association, or SBA, is the principal industry association representing banks and the broader banking sector in Switzerland. The organisation brings together around 260 member institutions and approximately 11,300 individual members. The association represents the interests of Switzerland's banking sector in regulatory, economic and political discussions and works to maintain competitive operating conditions for financial institutions based in the country. Its governance includes a Board of Directors, Executive Board, steering committees, expert commissions and working groups involving representatives of member institutions.
